Don’t sweat. We’ll lead an initial training session with key staff and provide design consultation on StageHand’s customizable features. You’ll have access to our Resource Center to guide you, as well as a “Kitchen Sink” sample page showing you all the content modules, type styles and what the heck everything looks like.
Forgot how to do something? New staff member? We’ll schedule annual trainings for your team to review all the features StageHand has to offer.
Don’t worry if something breaks — we check in on StageHand daily and will fix anything that should be working free of charge. If you see something funky, we’ve got a place for you to submit a ticket for any issues and suggest new features that you and other StageHand users would enjoy. We’ll take all feature requests into consideration for future implementation.
Every month, we’ll give your site some extra attention performing web maintenance including database backups, WordPress updates, performance optimization, security scans and page speed reports — we’ll also alert you to any brand new StageHand customizable features or content modules.
